Well it looks like our vax are going to be delayed after all

At least a week. DH forgot that E had her appointment today. I called him to make sure he left and he hadn't. The appointment was in 10 minutes at that point. He tried to call them to let them know he was going to be late and he couldn't get through. So he called me back at work and said there was no way he could make it and that he wasn't sure if he remembered where the office was because he had only been there one other time. (He isn't familiar with that area of the city.) I could E screaming in the background and told him to just go take care of her and I would call and reschedule the appointment.
It's next Friday at 3:45. I'm contemplating taking a half day and taking her myself because I don't want this to happen again. Sigh. I love that man but he is so forgetful sometimes.

    Does he notice text messages? If you set up a google calendar, you can set it to text (or email) reminders ahead of appointments. I use it for everything.

    i use the calender on my phone for reminders or i would never know when appts are

    That's the frustrating thing. He had it on the calendar. I made him put it on the calendar last week when I made the appointment.

    DH is totally dependent on the Google calendar on his Droid to remember things. But it works.
