  15. i'm getting winded very easily. walking up one flight up stairs at work (which is really closer to 1.5 flights) gets me pretty exhausted and i can't breathe well. other than that, no.
  
  2. When is your next appointment? Will anything special happen at that appointment?
  september 8. i think just a reg appt.
  
  3. What are you looking forward to this week?
  i'm going to south carolina on thurs to visit h. he's there for work currently. it's going to be HOT and i'm not looking forward to that, but i look forward to showing him my growing belly.
  
  4. Monday confession?
  it's a friend-of-friends birthday today..facebook told me so. i checked our "friendship" to see if she's wished me a happy birthday in the past--and she didn't (even though i posted her a happy birthday *last* year), so i won't be posting on her wall for her birthday this year.

  we plan on it, yes. i want to do them in the nursery, once it's set up!

  yes and no. we have names we strongly like, but we're not 100% committed. i think we'll decide for sure once we see baby to see if it fits.

  Pregnant Questions

  1. What week are you in? Any new aches or pains?  14ish weeks. Feeling tired, heavy tummy by the end of the day.

  2. When is your next appointment? Will anything special happen at that appointment? Next week.  Pap, regular appt.

  3. What are you looking forward to this week? Nothing big, M is in camp so lots of shuttling in the car.

  4. Monday confession?  I love grape juice, lol.

  5. Do strangers *really* touch your belly without asking? _Jennlin   I never really had this happen with strangers.

  6. Are you doing maternity pics? -cmcmilan  I plan to do family/mat pics this winter.

  Pregnant Questions

  1. What week are you in? Any new aches or pains?  17 on Thursday; same old, same old.

  2. When is your next appointment? Will anything special happen at that appointment? Next Monday is a regular check-up, and a week from Friday is the BIG ultrasound!

  3. What are you looking forward to this week? Lunch with friends tomorrow; seeing a friend who is in town from Texas on Friday; making strawberry cream cheese croissants (Pinterest is EVIL).

  4. Monday confession? I can't decide what I want more right now: Sex, or a burrito from Taco Del Mar. I am hormonal in many ways.

  5. Do strangers *really* touch your belly without asking? _Jennlin Oh god, I got randomly accosted by a Mary Kay saleswoman in Trader Joe's when I was about 8.5 months along with Collin. She backed me up against the frozen foods.

  6. Are you doing maternity pics? -cmcmilan Our Christmas photos will be when I am about 7 months, so that will be just fine.

  7. Do you have names chosen? If not, do you have a deadline to do it? ?MrsEditorJax Yes, we have names chosen. We like to have it done by the gender ultrasound.

  TTCing Questions1. What cycle are you on? Waiting to O or 2WW? Cycle 3, 2ww2. What are you looking forward to this week? Our trip to Washington DC!!!!3. Monday confession? I'm planning on letting my 18mo old watch as much TV as she wants/will sit still for during out 6hr. flight to DC.  I rented a digEplayer and if she wants to watch cartoons, I'm letting her.4. Questions for next week? n/a Pregnant Questions5. Do strangers *really* touch your belly without asking? Yes, sadly, they do.6. Are you doing maternity pics? I did them with Lucy, and I think I will probably do some family pics this time around also.7. Do you have names chosen? If not, do you have a deadline to do it? Kind of.  We have a few that are on the table for the next baby, but nothing set in stone. DH and I have similar taste in names, so I'm not worried about not having one picked out in time.

   I have been slacking so much on keeping updated on the Seattle board since we have moved! Lets just say that I miss Seattle so much and HATE it here in Arizona. It is too damn hot. haha. I may not been super active over here, but I figured I would give you all an update. I find it hard to be positive about Arizona when Seattle is so much better. =]  1. What week are you in? Any new aches or pains?  I hit 39 weeks on Sunday, and it is getting harder to walk. Between the pressure, the stiff joints, and being huge, it is just tough to want to get up and move around.   2. When is your next appointment? Will anything special happen at that appointment? Tomorrow! It is also supposed to be 114 degrees out, with a heat index of 10. Yuck. Nothing special though, just a checkup. My doctor does not consider induction until a day before 42 weeks, especially since I have had a super laid back pregnancy.  3. What are you looking forward to this week? Finally getting her dresser tomorrow! We wanted to wait until her room was painted and cleaned up. DH works four 12 hours days, and has been slacking on the painting. It is all done now though, with the crib set up!  4. Monday confession? I ate a whole box of brownies... by myself.. in three days. Also, MIL drives me nuts more and more. I told DH that she will NOT be called when we head to the L&D for this LO to be born, just because I don't want to deal with her.   5. Do strangers *really* touch your belly without asking? _Jennlin The only person that is obsessed about rubbing my belly is MIL. No stranger has touched me. Most just comment that there is no way I can be 39 weeks and still be so tiny in the belly.   6. Are you doing maternity pics? -cmcmilan Not this time. I wanted to, but I honestly have not even worn makeup in a few months. When you are 50 lbs. heavier than you normally are, sweat like crazy in the AZ heat, and have hundreds of stretch marks, pictures are the last thing you want!  7. Do you have names chosen? If not, do you have a deadline to do it? ?MrsEditorJax We have two names that we are in love with. I would love either name, but told DH that he gets the final choice.  They are Charlotte Ella Jane, and Penelope Mae Adleen.

  1. What week are you in? Any new aches or pains? Week 15. Still feel great, though my pants are officially too tight!

  2. When is your next appointment? Will anything special happen at that appointment? This week on the 24th. It's my first appointment since I transitioned from my OB/GYN to a midwife, so I'm looking forward to the new approach!

  3. What are you looking forward to this week? Dinner with my friends, hubby's and kids tomorrow to celebrate someone in town.

  4. Monday confession? Trying not to gain too much weight, but I snuck in some peanut M&M's today- I have zero will power.

  5. Do strangers *really* touch your belly without asking? No- people don't yet know I'm pregnant. I just look like I've put on a couple of pounds and even that's well hidden with my work clothes.

  6. Are you doing maternity pics? No, but we'll do newborn and family pics after the birth.

  7. Do you have names chosen? Still working on names- we'll likely not get serious until we have the gender.

  1. What week are you in? Any new aches or pains?  32, I can no longer lay on my back at all. Other than that I am good.

  2. When is your next appointment? Will anything special happen at that appointment? Tomorrow, nope the usual.

  3. What are you looking forward to this week? One week closer to baby karebear arriving

  4. Monday confession? I don't feel like working this last half hour so I am not.

  5. Do strangers *really* touch your belly without asking? _Jennlin Not yet. More of my friends/family are just starting this week with out asking. It's a little annoying but since I know them I don't mind (as much).

  6. Are you doing maternity pics? -cmcmilan I wasn't planning on it, but a friend offered and really wants to do it and it's free. I think I will just to see how good a photog she is to see if I want her to do my baby picks too or hire a real pro as well.

  TTCing Questions

  1. What cycle are you on? Waiting to O or 2WW? Cycle 1, 2WW, AF due on Saturday. I will test then if AF doesn't show up.

  2. What are you looking forward to this week? Finishing this project tonight and having some time off. I hope not to long, but a week off would be nice. I just have a logo for a friend and an invite request on my plate right now.
  

  3. Monday confession? It is harder to wait to test this week than it was last, when everyone was on my back. This is when I start to get super excited and super bummed when it turns out to be a BFN!

  Hi!  Can you please move me over to the other list?  EDD 5/1/12.   Pregnant Questions1. What week are you in? Any new aches or pains? Erm, 4 weeks tomorrow!  It still hasn't sunk in yet!2. When is your next appointment? Will anything special happen at that appointment?  I'm not even sure yet!  Tomorrow I get my blood test results, at which point I guess the GYN will recommend an OB.  (He's semi-retired, and gave up the OB part)3. What are you looking forward to this week?Decorating the rest of the house some more, maybe looking at nursery things, and, oh yeah, making sure I'm still pregnant. 4.   1. What week are you in? Any new aches or pains?

       Week 4! I've been lurking for a while but this is my first post I'm excited to get to know all you Seattle bumpies! Still getting used to all the lingo too, so bear with me!

  2. When is your next appointment? Will anything special happen at that appointment?

        My first appointment isn't until the middle of week 9, so I have a while to stew. I'm guessing I'll be filled with anxiety up until that point.

  3. What are you looking forward to this week?

       My relatives being in town this weekend. The timing worked out so that we get to tell everyone our news at once!

  4. Monday confession?

        Tuesday confession now! I really shouldn't be posting since we haven't even told our family yet, but I have to share with someone or I'll go crazy!

       If they did, I would have no problem smacking their weirdo hands away.

       We have a list of names that we are interested in, but I think it will change as time goes on...he is from a family of all biblical names, but I like more unique names. I hope we can find a compromise!

  1. What week are you in? Any new aches or pains?  28... can't believe it! cramps in my legs at night!

  2. When is your next appointment? Will anything special happen at that appointment? Well, we just moved and don't know where we're living yet!!! I have no appointment scheduled at the moment. As of this weekend, we should have a place to live and then I will work on finding a dr close by. Stressful!!!!

  3. What are you looking forward to this week? finding a place to live so we can get out of a hotel... it is nice to go swimming twice a day though.

  4. Monday confession? I've been eating way too many Reisins!

  And just a quick update since yesterday, I got my blood test back today!  The doctor said I am "Pregnant but just barely." :P  My number was 31.  And he said he would like to continue to be my doctor until the pregnancy is established, and then he'll recommend an OB.  Probably when I go in for an U/S 9/8!

  2. When is your next appointment? Will anything special happen at that appointment? First appointment 9/13, probably just a lot of bloodwork

  3. What are you looking forward to this week? My Birthday!

  4. Monday confession? Wednesday... since I'm a little late responding to this... I think I have eaten almost a whole loaf of french bread... It just tastes SO good
