***deskok*** or anyone else waiting on a sbish order

Has anyone gotten anywhere with her?  Either a refund or your stuff?  I'm really pissed about this whole ordeal and just want my money back, but I'm thinking I'm not going to see a refund.  Please tell me someone's gotten something!

    What is the whole ordeal about? I was looking at buying some sbish fitteds and wool on the 1st, but if there's drama I shouldn't be supporting I'd like to know...

    She's supposedly still working on preorders from May and also being horrible about shipping out supposed in-stock orders.  To add insult to injury, she won't answer e-mails.  The only way to get through to her is to post to her facebook wall.  I wouldn't order from her site, but there are some stores that have her products in stock.

    Finally after weeks of e-mailing and then paging on facebook she responded saying it was in. Then last week I still had not heard anything, so I paged her again saying I wanted to cancel my order. And she responded with a tracking number. My shipment is supposed to be here today as of usps. So after a month and a half of waiting I received my items.

    When did you order? mine was supposed to ship July 3rd? Hopefully you get yours soon. I would e-mail and page her on fb asking again where your order is.

    I ordered something at the beginning of Aug and received a note last week (about 2 weeks later) that the order had been fulfilled. It hasn't arrived though, and there wasn't any tracking number included. I like her products, but I would probably not order directly from her again.

    I ordered them on May 26th.  They were supposed to ship on July 3rd also.  I've done everything you did and I still keep getting the "it's going to ship out today or tomorrow" line.  I'm going to give her a horrible review anywhere I can.

    deskok- How did you word your e-mail?  I'm so bad at confrontation and I'm unsure how to word how pissed I really am.  Did you just say that you wanted to cancel, or did you also tell her why?

    I will pm you my last e-mail. I am going to give her bad reviews too. Erin was nice with responding, but the wait time is so ridiculous. It is just bad cs when you don't respond and go over on est. ship date. Never again.
