Woo Hoo! Ovulation!

So, even though my temping got uber messed up this first chart, I am *confident* I ovulated.  My most recent temp was up. but even more importantly, my cm changed drastically and I have quite a few other signs that my body is doing just what it's supposed to do.  :D

I'm thrilled.  It seems that I can finally put some of my fertility fears to bed.  I was so worried that it would take me months to get AF after going off birth control, or that even if it didn't, my body wouldn't go back to normal and do the things it needs to do.  I know that doesn't always mean we're in the clear, but I feel SO relieved.

And I just had to share with someone!

Unfortunately, two of my closest friends have infertility problems.  Sad  I so want to message them with all of my good news, but... well... yeah.  So I'm sharing it with everyone here instead.  :)

    I had the same fear when I got off BCP - I didn't even fully believe I O'ed even with all the signs and using FF... clearly I was too concerned about havin anovulatory cycles to see that everything was fine!

    Congrats to you - I know it is such a relief!!!

    I am in the same boat with you!  This is my first cycle off BCP and I think everything is working like it is suppose to, also!  However, not to get your hopes up but this happened to me last year when I went of BCP.  My first cycle was "normal" (I think because I must have been so used to BCP?) then it went craaaazy!  That's why I am using OPKs, BD EOD (when we can) and charting...I'm afraid this cycle will be the only one I have in a while!  I hope you don't have that!

    Yayy!  That's awesome news!!

    I had Paragard before, which shouldn't even effect your cycles (not like BCP anyway), and even when all signs point to "O" I still seem to have a hard time believing it, lol.  I think I just get so worked up on this baby train that I start stressing over every little thing and fail to see what's right in front of my face, lol.  It's a definite fault of mine - although I'd like to think it's a natural fear that women have.

    Ack, me too!  I've heard of so many women going through that.  I'm psyched that this cycle seems to be going smoothly, but know that it may not be this way a month from now.  D:  I'm just trying to think positive thoughts.  Think good thoughts and good things happen, right?  lol.

    I've never gone off BC before so if things start going crazy, I'll definitely be seeking some guidance!
