Waiting almost 2 weeks for FET after lining is ready?

Lining was at 9mm yesterday, and they want to schedule the FET for 9/7. So 13 days after lining is ready. (I'll be on PIO for 5 of those days at any rate.) Originally I was on the schedule for 9/2 but because someone lost my lab report yesterday (and I suspect also because of Labor Day and the RE's vacation plans) I'm getting bumped back 5 days. 

I'm impatient, sure, but I also don't love the idea of hanging out on estrogen for an extra week when I'm ready to go now. Just seems no reason for it, and I'm worried something could go wrong.

Do you think waiting 13 days for frozen embryo transfer after your lining is ready is a problem? Would you push for an earlier date? I have a call into the doc to see what gives. Thanks for any input!

    Mine was scheduled exactly 11 days after my lining was ready and that is how they always do it at my clinic. I have heard of a few woman on here who have been held longer.

    My lining was ready on a Monday and for whatever reason they only do FETs on Tuesdays so I wouldnt be good for the following day so I had to wait until the next week.  It's not 13 days but with FETs there's a lot more leeway in terms of when things can be done.

    TTC#1 since Feb 07 with PCOS and mild MFI
