Is it true that on base you can use expired coupons?  If so, I have some enfamils that expire at the end of this month.  Let me know if you need them.

    I heard overseas you can use expired coupons. I buy my formula off the German economy since it?s cheaper. Maybe you should post this on the military board if noone wants them on here.
