Newly knocked Up ladies-- how you feelin'?

Who is in our club-- Davez, M&M, Hooliface, MonkeyGirl, anyone else?
I still don't have any symptoms, just occassional cramping and I think some extra d/c (though it is hard to tell for sure with the P4 posies). Oh, and I do go to bed at 8:30 everynight but I may just be using the pregnancy as an excuse for that as I would love to do that most nights anyway. I am fighting a cold so yesterday I ate a large order of Mcdonald's fries and a chocolate milkshake for lunch-- but I think that was more because my throat is a little sore. I'll be 6w on Saturday.
Anyone else feeling anything?

TXJen, I have my u/s Wednesday too-- so scared. Was going to do it Tuesday but I have an important meeting right after the time they have available and I am way too scared in case it's bad news. Good luck!!

Beta is tomorrow, but the pee sticks have been getting darker everyday...this morning the test line was darker than the control, so I'm hopeful.
Boobs have gotten heavier and some light cramping, but nothing else so far.

As of now, I am crampy on and off throughout the day, I notice it mostly at night when I am laying down. I think that I have more time to focus on them, since Ella is in bed for the night.
I have some mild nausea on and off all day long and find that if I eat, it goes away. At this rate, I am going to be a cow by the end! My boobs are really sore and swelled, which for someone with an A bra that is pretty funny.
I have my first ultrasound on Monday and I will be 5 weeks, 6 days. I am a nervous wreck thinking about it. Good luck to those with upcoming ultrasounds as well.
Is anyone else on PIO? I am on 1cc am and 1cc pm, my poor butt looks like a mess already. I have tried the heating pad, rubbing the area after, warming up the shot a little before hand so the oil thins out, etc. Anything else I am missing?
congratulations everyone! the biggest symptom with this pregnancy is just overall exhaustion. i have zero energy, which is hard because now DD is crawling all over the place. i have cramps on and off. as for food, some days it sounds great, and other days i'm just not in the mood for anything.
i had my u/s yesterday, and we saw the heart beat, so i'm a little less nervous, but i won't be completely relaxed until baby m makes his or her appearance in 8 months.
