30 day shred vs Ripped in 30

On week 2 of Ripped in 30. I like it. I loved 30 day shred. Ripped she does more balancing. also she chit chats alot too. I think I like Shred better. does the other weeks get better?

    I think the moderator put that about the first reply. It sounds like that poster was spamming. 

    I came in cause I was wondering about ripped in 30 as well. I liked 30 day shred but didn't stick with it, unfortunately.

    I think Ripped in 30 is harder, so I like it better. Week 3 is currently kicking my butt.

    I'm so glad to see this. I do (did) both of these all the time before pregnancy. So it's cool to keep doing them? Do you feel a lot more out of breath? PS: Shred is better, but Ripped is more of a challenge I think. I didn't like Ripped Video#2
