For a 2nd birthday? I like recent stuff, because I would like the song to be something popular for that year. I also like country songs- any ideas?

    Smile by Uncle Kracker would be a recent one I love.  And they also play that on the country stations here.  Darius Rucker's It Won't Be Like This For Long is county, newer and about his daughter.

    I also like Faster by Matt Nathanson. Not country, not about your kid, but still very fun and good lyrics. Just in case you don't know it :-) Here is the link to the video.

    There is always I Hope You Dance. It's not exactly new, but it's still beautiful.
