West side gymnastics recs?

We're thinking of putting L into gymnastics. And I have rookie mom questions:

How does it work - is it a mommy-and-me thing at that age (she's 1.5 yrs old)?

Any places you've used and liked on the west side/Katy (we're at S Fry & Westheimer-ish)?

From what I can tell, it's more like a Gymboree/Little Gym for LOs that age and yes, it would be Mommy & Me. That is what I got from the website.....This is the place that comes to mind

This place was recommended to me from multiple people at the daycare where DS attends.
