Hey there!  I mentioned to LadyChicago that I was going to start looking for a nanny.  She mentioned you had just gone through that process and I thought I would see if you had any advice or words of wisdom.  Did you use a service like Care.com or SitterCity.com?

    I will email you now! Short story though is that we used a bunch of different avenues to search but the nanny we hired we found through sittercity...
