I'm so overwhelmed

So I'm 18 and I have an 8 month old daughter.

my ex is pretty much worthless, we're still going to court for child support but he might buy her some diapers every once in a while.

I've worked and paid for everything she has and needs.

He also has an older child by another woman who cant seem to accept the fact that my daughter is his too.

he's a womanizer, selfish, and he lives in the basement of his grandmothers house 

 I really want to get full custody of my daughter and just forget those 2 for good. 

he signed the affidavit (birth certificate)

and is really intimaditing when it comes to court

i dont have to money to go to court yet

i really dont want to ever let my daughter stay with him unsupervised or overnight EVER.  

any advice?

    How old is he?

    What makes you think he will want unsupervised or overnight visits EVER?

    Make him file for custody if he does.

    and he says if i ever try to keep her from him or try to get full custody of her

    that he'll take her from me all together.

    If this isn't MUD....

    He's using a tactic called manipulation.  He isn't a lawyer so he doesn't get to snap his fingers and take her from you along with obtaining full custody.  The court system doesn't work like that.

    Stop listening to him, he's bullying you.

    You would almost think so.  But there is so much verbal diarreah that comes out of the mouths of these "fathers".  I thought I had heard it all until the twin's father said we should split them....he takes the boy and I take the girl.  A$$.
