Last time we got pregnant with our DD my hubby had 15 million motile sperm with 2% normal morphology (I'm totally convinced it was the immaculate conception). I read a lot about Fertilaid and have been feeding it to him for the last 3 months. Our RE wants him to come in and do another semen analysis to see if it has been helping. Any other tricks out there to helping your man become a little less sterile?

Re: What have you done to try to "help" DH's sperm issues?
My husband had a varicocelectomy. There was no significant improvement six months after the surgery. We asked his MFI urologist about vitamins and he said that they wouldn't work - at least for the morphology issue which was my DH's only sperm abnormality.
has he had his testosterone checked? Does he have any reason for the low count?
My dh had a torsion and his low count comes from that (one testicle doesn't work) his count is similar or maybe a little better than your dh but his morph was 9%. He's at about 7mil/mL and about 2.5 - 4 mL's. Our urologist put him on clomid and that brought him up to 11mil/mL. Made a huge difference for us.

We were just low count (morph was borderline, but the docs didn't seem concerned about it) - but we did the vitamins, in addition to all the "easy" stuff like looser undies, no laptop in his lap, cooler showers, etc. And we used preseed like it was our job. But to no avail.
His SA was his highest count ever in the high 20something million. Then with each of the 3 IUIs we did, his counts got worse. Our last IUI, his post wash was only 800,000. So clearly nothing worked for us - not to give bad news... sorry. ICSI has been our magic bullet!
Because we're fancy like that.
DH had terrible morph- his urologist told us to get Proxeed- https://www.proxeed.com/
DH also took Pycnogenol and did acupuncture.
DH took alll that for over a year, his numbers improved but even with IVF with ICSI we never got pregnant, but I still think my eggs suck and that's what the issue was. We adopted.
