Appt./NST/US yesterday

I had my 37 week check up yesterday and baby and Mama are doing great!  My BP was good, fluid levels are where they should be and baby is measuring around 7lbs.  I'm guessing s/he will be a good 8lbs. at birth which will be 39 weeks (DD was 8lbs. 8oz at 40 weeks/1 day).  S/he was going crazy during the NST so it took a while to get a baseline heart rate but that looked good, too, ranging from upper 130s-mid 160s.  Then s/he was sleeping during the u/s and the hb was 130. 

So I'm good to go for at least another week at work!  My last day is planned for next Friday 9/2 and it's looking like I'll make it!  I cannot believe that next Wednesday is my last appt. with an inside baby and we get to meet him/her in less than 2 weeks!

    That's great! I'm so glad this pg is going easier for you. Gives me hope that if I'm ever pg again, it won't be so bad!

    good news! Can't wait to hear if you're having a boy or girl. Do you have a feeling either way? I'm guessing boy, but I'm always bad at that stuff!

    Totally agree! Good luck with the wait and I bet you can't wait to meet him/her!

    If you had asked me 2 weeks ago I would have said boy.  Now I'm leaning toward girl so I don't have a clue.  That's the way I was with DD though, back and forth.  Everyone and their brother thinks I'm having a boy, DH and a few of my clients say girl.

    How funny, I wondered if you were thinking it was one or the other.  I think when you have a daughter, everyone thinks the next is a boy (or vice-versa).  I can't wait to hear the news!
