LO has lots of cute church dresses and we would like to find some shoes that she can wear because bare feet make the outfit look incomplete. Not a huge deal but there are no shoes at Target. Anyone know where I can find cute baby shoes online? And how do I know what size she is? Measure her foot in inches?
