I forgot. What did you guys forget?

I just realized that I had alllll these great ideas when I found out I was pregnant.  I was going to make sure I did my Kegels at breakfast, lunch and dinner.  I was going to make sure I ate all organic produce.  I was going to make sure I cut out all the junk like chips and candy.  I was going to make sure I worked out EVERY day and drank ten gazillion ounces of water a day.  Hmmmm....I seem to be slacking.

So what is it that you ladies have "forgotten" to do?  (I hope I am not the only one.)

  • I haven't forgotten anything...I am just so sick that I haven't started yet!

  • Up until about a week and a half ago I forgot to drink milk every day. I know I get calcium from my prenatals, but I need to remember... milk... does a baby good.

  • I have definitely been too sick to work out and eat properly.

  • Exercising... I am SOOOOO tired by the time I get off work that all I can do is take a nap! I know it's awful, but I'm hoping that by the time 2nd tri comes around that I will get some energy back to get moving!
  • Add me to the "too sick to do anything" club. I wish I could keep up with exercising though. I really do miss it.

THIS!!! My extreme nausea has passes, but has been replaced with a feeling of just overall not good. Extreme exhaustion (worsened by night time pees), bloated unsettled stomach, and headaches.

I have a hard time getting off the couch. I always said when I got pg I would be exercising regularly, eating SUPER healthy, etc. It's a LOT harder than it looks. I still try to go on daily walks with DH and the dogs, but it is SO hard to be motivated.
