Freaking out a little

I had a VM when I got home from my OB/GYN office about the testing I did on August 16th. That was the day I went to confirm the pregnancy; I pee'd in a cup and had a sonogram. I am freaking out about what this could be. What could they find in the urine test?

I'm seriously hoping this is a billing issue, and nothing else!

    Yeah, could be a billing issue, or could be they found some protein in your urine and wanted to ask if you were having UTI symptoms or need to give you a rx for antibiotics. I wouldn't worry about it. Just call first thing in the morning.  I bet everything is just fine and it's something minor, but I understand that unexpected call-backs from docs are a little unsettling.  Happy vibes!

    I'm betting it's something benign like a UTI.  Fingers crossed that you get an answer bright and early to calm your concern.

    Hope it's nothing.  A lot of times they do find a UTI that you have no symptoms for or they might have lost your bloodwork or something minor like that.

    Thanks for the words of comfort, ladies! It turns out I have a UTI, and had no idea. I have zero symptoms, so it's a total surprise. They are calling in a prescription; hopefully this will be the only surprise for a while!

    but wtf is up with them just getting back to you yesterday about a urine test from the 16th?! it's been more than a week!

    Back in May 2010, I went to the OB to get tested/treated for a UTI, since I used to get them regularly.  A few days later the OB called me and said "Test results show that you didn't have a UTI."  I was surprised because everything pointed to a UTI.  On a whim (and since we had been trying), I took a HPT and saw the faintest of faint BFP.  I still don't know if those symptoms were connected.  Now if I ever get UTI symptoms, I'll think pregnancy!  D'oh!
