He's got his two bottom middles and he's about to pop out the two top middles. He started pre-teething about 6-8 weeks before his two bottoms actually showed up. If you feel around in there every few days, you'll feel the sharp edges right before they start to cut. They then usually take 2-3 days to cut, that's the hard part

We currently have 3 coming in at once, and he's had the bottom 2 since about 41/2 months. You can't tell in this pic but his lefthand front tooth has now cut through.
2! His bottom ones are in. And at our 6 month pedi appt on Tues. she said his top 2 should be cutting any day now. He's been super cranky, up every hour at night, and drooling all over...so I def. believe it!
DD has her two bottom teeth. She's had them for a month now, but I swear she was teething since like Easter. I don't think any more are coming in...yet. Those chompers are sharp though, I don't want those top ones to come in yet!

The teething increased really severely like 3 weeks ago. She was SUPER cranky, which she never is. Then a week later she got the bottom two teeth.
