MH thinks I'm crazy but we've been sleeping with the AC and fan on and the AC is set to about 68. I'm still waking up HOT! And he's burried under the covers.

Last night, I had to move the fan so it was blowing directly on me.

Exactly! It's always at night, just as I'm winding down for bed. And then while I'm sleeping of course. I feel fine during the day, even in the heat.

And yes, this is a new issue as of just this week.

At night, we set our thermostat to 60 and we have 2 oscillating fans in the bedroom and I STILL get hot and end up throwing the covers off. I absolutely can't sleep when I'm hot, so DH has just had to get over it.

I'm roasting hot ALL. THE. TIME! I have been since April. Our electric bills are out of control for a 2BR apartment. I think DH wants to kill me.

I think all of our DH/SO think everything we do is crazy lol. I end up with my pjs off in the middle of the night sometimes. DH wakes up and is probably like WTF!?

This is me every night! We have our temp down to 65 with the fan on! I still get hot...my husband has multiple blankets on at night. He thinks I've gone crazy..lol!

Oh yeah! I hardly ever use covers anymore and my husband is always all cuddled up under them! Plus, I know I used to freeze in my office, but it's been pretty comfortable to me these past few months. Yesterday my co-worker said he had to go outside to warm up and I just thought, "Huh?"

I used to be so cold natured, I would sleep in layers. Now its just a t-shirt and I'm still uncomfortably hot!!

I am roasting any time of day. We have the AC set to "OMG Polar Bears are freezing to death on this setting" . I still feel sweaty and miserable. I've got a fan and it helps to keep air moving around me.

Light clothing! Also, it sounds weird but sleep naked or with barely anything on. Its the only way I've found relief. H doesn't mind it either hahaa Wink

We have the a/c on, a ceiling fan, I sleep naked with just a sheet and I still wake up drenched in sweat. Awesome. The best part? The sweating (for me at least) gets even worse after the baby is born. I feel like I'm going through menopause.

Me! Ugh, I feel so bad for DH because he is freezing!!! I can't sleep with blankets anymore and the fan is directly on me!

I also have been getting so warm at night. For a while I kept kicking the covers off and over on my husband, but that ended up making him too warm. So we finally decided that we each got our own covers. So now our bed looks like 2 separate little beds. He has his own sheet and own blanket on his side, and I just have a sheet. We sleep with the fan in high and the A/C on 74. Since we started doing that I've been able to stay fairly cool at night.

OMG yes me-DH thinks I'm insane, and he's always complaining he's freezing!

I'm at the beach this week with my family and even my menopuasal mom is freezing in the house (they are nice and turned the AC way down for me). Even so, last night I had 2 fans blowing on me plus the AC was way low and I was still hot. I hope this goes away when I give birth-its so not fun!

All of this. But sometimes at night I get a chill, so I put the blanket off. Then 10 minutes later I am hot again!
