Infertility

***CARDSFAN***

Good morning!  Just wanted to see how your first day back at work was?  Hopefully you're back to your normal self and weren't in any pain.  Any decisions about your next step (IUI, IVF, natural)?  Just wanted to let you know I was thinking happy thoughts for you!  :)

Re: ***CARDSFAN***

  • Ugh. Yes, first day back at work and it was a doozy. I knew it would be, but it was truly nuts. I meet with RE next Tues for her to look at my incisions. I think we're going the IUI route x 2. If that doesn't work...it's on to IVF #2. Seems reasonable to me.

Did you get those cheapie tests? Trigger gone?  One week left!!!!

  • Oh, ok then you'll have to let me know what she says at that appointment.  I think that route is reasonable too.  Especially if she thinks your chances of success in IUIs is much greater now.  I know it's a hell of a lot cheaper so WHY NOT!?! :)

I did get those cheapie tests.  I actually visited the "lovely" new Dollar Tree on Morganford.  It was quite an experience.  I used the first one this morning and it was negative.  Guess the trigger's gone...which is a positive change from last cycle.  Now I just hope I can see a REAL bfp some time soon.  I know only 1ww left, but you know me, I probably still won't test then since it'll only be CD31 I think.  I earliest I've started on Clomid is CD30, the latest CD35...except for last cycle's craziness of CD39!!!  I"m just trying to stay positive and not get too wrapped up in it.  Hoping and praying that this will be our miracle cycle.
