Its not that I have trouble getting comfy but I have trouble staying asleep lately. I fall alseep ok, but than am up three hours later and am up for the rest of the night. Its very annoying!
yup, I'm always tossing and turning at night lately. I've had a dull lower back ache too which comes and goes, I'm not sure if its related to pregnancy but it is annoying.
i woke up 3 times last night (to go to the potty of course) and when i went back to bed my legs were sore. ?i worked out yesterday but i've noticed that i'm sore all over every evening. ?it's definitely no fun.
Yeah, I had been having trouble, too -- and yeah, I know it will be way worse when I'm 37 weeks than what I'm at now, but the whole point is that we have to take care of ourselves every step of the way, right?
I got myself one of those Snoogle pillows that had been discussed on these boards. I've slept with it 2 nights so far - and these are the first 2 nights that I've slept almost all night in WEEKS!
It was expensive ($52+ at BRU, linked above) but so far, I think it's totally worth it. Also, this pillow can be used after baby comes in place of a Boppy or other pillow used during breastfeeding. You can get replacement covers for it, too.
Also, Boppys are 20% off today at BRU. Boppy brand has their own mom pillow, too, but it seemed smaller and less firm. HTH!
Wow, that snoogle pillow looks awesome! I wonder what my hubby would think about sharing a bed with that thing??? But it looks like something I could use! Thanks for sharing!

Go ahead an biitch and complain now... It doesn't get any better. Just wait until your hips hurt from not being able to sleep on your back and you really HAVE TO get up 5 times a night to pee (its nothing being only 7 weeks, hun).

Backing up Pivey here...the "discomfort" you are feeling...is nothing. Just wait until you have to sleep sitting up because if you stay in your bed the heartburn will make you throw up...then talk about discomfort.

I second that. When you have to and pee and you hardly get out of bed because your knees and hips hurt so bad... we talk again Enjoy the early part as much as you can...
