After playing phone tag all day I finally got in touch with the regional pharmacy manager. He was properly horrified and said he would be checking in to what happened and how to keep it from happening again. He had also called the pharmacy after my first voicemail this morning and contacted the other woman involved to make sure she hadn't taken any incorrect medication. The pharmacy still hadn't called her. I also got the opportunity to tell him how much the CVS closest to me sucks and I would rather drive to another one because it's faster and less headache inducing than going to the close one. He said he has only been in his job about two months but has heard that many times and already changed the staff at that pharmacy. Oh, and they are sending me a gift card for my trouble.
