Pampers just made my day!

I used 1000 of my rewards points for the Diego potty ring. I was going to use it in the powder room so we didn't have to take the other one back and forth.

It was terrible....the pee deflector is so low that nothing would get deflected! He sat up high on the padded seat and he kept trying to "point it down" with no luck.

I was so bummed I wasted my GTG points on it, I wrote Pampers an email. They responded in minutes and gave me my points back! I don't have to return it either!

I know a lot have had issues with them and drymax.....but I am just beyond happy with their diapers and customer service!

I had contacted Heather over on the Pampers board about my friends preemies, just asking about the preemie size and if I should get them for her. Pampers sent me a cute gift box for her, 2 itty bitty miracle hats and a ton of different coupons!

Ok, sappy moment over! =)

    Good customer service story! Maybe so many people had issues BC of the DryMax, they're boosting their CS.

    that's awesome! I ordered the same potty seat w/ my points, and you're right, it sucks! But it was months ago, so I don't think I can do anything about it now. I never even thought to contact them about it. When I ordered I did get a bonus thank you gift of a $50 LL Bean gift card, so I can't complain too much!

    Very cool!  I agree with PP about the whole dry max drama probably upped their CS.  Glad they were so helpful for you!

    I was very happy with their CS when I contacted them too.. I asked for samples and they sent me coupons for 2 full free jumbo packs. Glad they were good to you!
