Prenatal yoga classes around Rochester Hills.

I have spent the last hour looking for places that have prenatal yoga classes and haven't found anything. Does anyone any places that have classes? I do want to try and get a classes in before December since I am going to be having twins in January and I will be getting big quick.

    I'm sorry I can't help, I've been searching for prenatal yoga classes near St. Clair Shores, and I can't find any either.  Good luck!

    I went to Red Lotus in Rochester. They didn't have a specific prenatal class, but if you just tell the instructor that you are pregnant they can help guide you through modified poses. They are super helpful.

    I know Up Dog Yoga offered some for the month of August.  You could call and see if they plan to continue the classes.

    https://www.yogafor-life.com/ they have a gentle yoga class, in Lake Orion.

    My gym told me to take "senior" classes, as they are usually lower impact, so that'd be another option for you.

    If you go to updog, take a basic 1 class from Tracy. It is very gentle and she will help modify poses for you. I've been taking there all summer. I'm hoping they offer another prenatal series like they have done this month. You can go on Sunday for $12.50 to the last session from 12:15-1:30.

    Not in Rochester Hills, but Namaste has a great prenatal yoga class and then a mommy and me class for newborns that is wonderful. I did both and LOVED it. Namaste is in Royal Oak....

    There is another 6 week class on Sundays from 12:30-1:30 starting 10/9. It is $60 if you register before 10/3 and $75 after. :)

    Yoga Planet Studio in Rochester Hills is now offering an eight session Prenatal Yoga class for mothers looking an ideal way to promote relaxation and stay in shape during pregnancy.

    Classes are help each Sunday from March 16, 2014 to May 11. 2014.  There is no class on Easter Sunday.  Class is one hour long and runs from 2:00pm to 3:00pm.  Make sure to pre-register.
     
    Cost
    $105 for total series if preregistered by 2/28
    $125 if preregistered after 2/28
