prenatal yoga in albany area

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knew of any prenatal yoga or other good for pregnancy classes offered nights in Schenectady area.

    Hi. I heard Debra Goodman is amazing, she is off of Wolf Road but I've heard such fabulous things. I actually just put a call into her! :)

    Debra Goodman does physical therapy...she used to have Cathy Prescott do prenatal and momy and me yoga in her space....

    I love Cathy Prescott - she's awesome...I wish she taught on wolf rd still but she teaches in schenectady and malta...

    Oh also I heard the yoga at CNY fertility is good- and I know you dont have to be going through IVF or IUI to go to their yoga classes

    I did the pre-natal yoga at CNY in Latham.  I've never done yoga before so can't compare to any other place, but I enjoyed it.  And Abba is correct - you don't have to be a patient there to attend the yoga classes.  They do them upstairs in the Healing Arts portion.

    I just got the info on her today. It doesn't specify if she is teaching the yoga, Pilates or core classes but she also does do privates with pregnant women. I put a call in to check it out and see what would be best for me :)
