mid cycle spotting

Sunday (CD 17) I felt some wetness and was expecting to see CM and was surprised by some brown spotting.  Had some earlier today too (CD 19) but it was red this time.  Anyone else have this?

 

On unmedicated cycle.

    this could be indication of low progesterone I have read. Have you had those levels tested? It's necessary to maintain pregnancy and people with low levels are more likely to have chemical pregnancies. It's controvesial though it seems.

     Also if you keep getting it I would ask for an u/s during those CDs. If you had csections or any other uterine procedure, that could be a cause also.

    It also could just be implantation bleeding!

    I'm on CD21 of an unmedicated cycle, and I too have had spotting the past few days. Although I'm pretty sure mine was most definitely brought on by sex, it still hasn't quite disappeared yet which is weird. I hate the unknowns of my wacky body!! :(

    Did you ever get a positive OPK?

    No, I never did. {But I only tested CD12-18 and then ran out of tests.}  So if it's a late O, then so bet it, I'll never know! I have a Dr appt on CD 30 to restart my cycle if it's a no-go.

    I didn't get a positive OPK or a high reading on CBEFM.  But I never do (unless triggered) even though ovulation is confirmed.  Oh, I'll never understand infertility!
