Could it be possible...???

   Am I actually getting one of those Linea Negra's? Last night before rubbing myself down with bio-oil, I noticed a faint line from my belly button downwards...Could it be my belly hair getting darker? It was super faint and more tan then brown...For now.DH says it looks like I may be getting the dark line down the belly. Mama's, Give me your thoughts. TIA

    Totally possible to be a Linea Negra.  I didn't get one with my DD until 3rd tri but it didn't go away until about 2 months ago.  I wonder if I'll get one again with this pregnancy.

    I have had an extrememly noticeable one since around 16 weeks.

    I got one but it starts about an inch under my belly button and goes down.  It's not really dark but I can tell it's much darker after I spent some time in the sun this weekend.

    This! Exactly, I never really noticed it before, but in the last 2-3 weeks I've gone on holidays and spent as much time in the sun, being as Northern Alberta has none. It starts about an inch under my belly button too. Just noticed it last night though

    It's definitely possible. I have had one under my belly button since about week 18 or so, and now I have one above that goes up to around my ribcage. The weird thing is that it does not match up with the one below my belly button.

    I have one as well.  It's very faint, but has gotten slightly darker over the past 2 weeks. Mine too is crooked.  It is actually about from where my belly bump starts above my belly button, but its got a curve to the left, then doesn't match up below my belly button, and runs all the way down.  My mom said she had it with each of us (3 kids), but that hers was VERY dark.

    I've had a very faint one appear just below my belly button in the last couple of weeks.

    I haven't gotten mine yet, i had it by now with both DD#1 and DS. But my belly sure is a lot hairier!

    I would guess that's exactly what it is. I have always had that line going from my belly button to pubic region, but since being pregnant, it has gotten a little darker for the last few weeks.
