Nope no luck, but I might be my fault...

I posted this question regarding sttn https://community.thebump.com/cs/ks/forums/thread/57159715.aspx  And what do you know he woke up after only 4 hrs the first time! ugh! But I think it might've been my fault. We CD LO and last night expecting him to sttn I tried a different combo with the CDs and ended up leaking, when he woke up his pjs and swaddle were wet. So I'm hopping after fixing that problem tonight he'll sttn again.

For CD mamas: What's your fave night time CD? I used a BG OS and inserted a infant PF trifolded, yet somehow pee came from the side (around waist, not legs).

  • I like Kawaii Baby goodnight heavy wetters. They pretty much hold everything the boys can throw at them.

  • We use a BG OS, but use the BG microfiber insert, a BG microfiber doubler, and a Hemp Babies insert (bottom layer, since it absorbs a ton but kind of slowly).  We never have leaks, even when she sleeps 12 hours overnight.  I don't think a prefold would be able to hold all of her pee overnight.

I also have Kawaii Baby Goodnight Heavy Wetter diapers, but they're a little too big/bulky on V with both inserts.

  • BG 4.0 or Fuzzibunz OS.  We put the diaper's regular infant insert plus a BG 4.0 larger insert (snapped down) in.  The only time she's leaked was when DH didn't get the diaper on tight enough. The inserts are always soaked, but the diaper next to her is dry.

The larger insert with snaps is actually BG's regular insert.  The other microfiber insert that comes with it is a doubler, which is meant to be used for added absorbency.  :)
