Good morning ladies!
I could use some recommendations/suggestions for carseats and strollers. I have hit the end of the internet looking at strollers, travel systems, carseats, etc... and have become overwhelmed!
Are you going with a travel system, if so which one, if not why?
Anyone use a snap n go and would you recommend?
What type of car seat did you/are you purchasing- infant, convertible, etc..
Thanks for any and all suggestions and recommendations!
Re: Recommendations for carseat/stroller
I also did a ton of research and will probably be going this route:
Chicco Keyfit 22 car seat with the City Mini stroller.
We were originally going to do the travel system but the stroller is just so big! I am not a small woman (5'9") but I imagine it being difficult to haul up stairs or throw into the trunk of my car. Plus I saw many reviews that said it took up the bulk of a mid-sized sedan trunk. I loved how small and easy the City Mini was to fold up and move around. It won me over.
We're doing the smaller infant seat (22lbs vs 30lbs) because everyone I have talked to said get the smaller one since after 20lbs you're not going to want to carry the baby in the infant seat... So might as well get the lighter seat in the mean time.
Some people RAVE about the snap 'n go while others just prefer to have one stroller. I didn't want to store two strollers (snap 'n go and travel system or snap 'n go and City Mini) so we are just doing the City Mini.
HTH!
I got the Mutsy stroller with the Peg Perego infant car seat attachment. It had wonderful reviews! I put my 7 year old in it to test it out. I pushed it around my yard and it worked amazingly!
We went with the Peg Perego infant car seat, obviously.
We went with the infant car seat and not a convertable one because MH wants to get DS (wow that is so weird to say... DS and not DD
) a Recaro when he is bigger lol!!
GL to you!

I thought they discontinued the Keyfit 22? The Keyfit 22 and 30 weigh the same amount, but if you go with the larger one, you have the option to continue using it if you have a larger baby...just a thought. Everyone I have talked to says to get the larger rating and then you have the option to use it for longer if you want to.
I found it at Buy Buy Baby... Hmm! If it's the same weight though, you're definitely right. Off to check
I found the weights a little while back, but only on BRU website, couldn't find it anywhere else. They were within 1/2 lb of each other, I think. Good luck!!
I'm probably going with the Britax B-Agile stroller with the Britax B-Safe carseat. I was going to go with the city mini/Chicco but I wasn't too fond of the adapter bar and liked the snapping mechanism of the Britax better.
We chose Britax, they get great reviews in Baby Bargains. We're getting an infant seat & a convertible, one will be in my car & one in DH's. (We're not planning to use a Snap & Go stroller.)
Stroller: Britax B-Agile
This stroller is similar to the City Mini with a few bonuses. It comes with a Britax infant seat adapter & it locks into the folded position.

Hi Jenn,
I was thinking on going with the same stroller. Were you able to find any cons to this model?
Thanks
