Anyone else's LO have foul smelling gas???

O-M-G! My LO's passes really smelly gas!!! Im breastfeeding but supplemting with Enfamil Gentlease. Anyone eles LO passes horrible smelling gas???

    oh, here!  ugh.  both boys have had the nastiest smelling gas ever.  they've both been breastfed.  and they both have been infrequent poopers (every 3-7days), so it gets even worse when they haven't gone for awhile.

    DD is exactly like this! Her gas is awful and it gets worse when she doesn't has a BM in several days (DD is also an "infrequent pooper")

    YES! DD#2 has the worst smelling gas ever! DD#1 never had this problem. When we were at the pedi last week for a weight check, I mentioned this to her and she said 'usually the smaller they are, the gassier they are and the smellier they are.' She is fed primarily BM and FF thru the night (Similac Advance), even her poop smells horrible, but its the consitency of BM poop, so who knows!?!

    Mine farts so much, it is not even funny.  I pulled her diaper open to check to see if she was dirty, and I got hit with a wave of fart!  She dutch-ovened me!  Tongue Tied

    I am glad that you posted this.  I was wondering the same thing.  My DD has had extremely smelly farts lately and loud ones.  She has not pooped in 3 days.  Even when she has pooped, they are still smelly and loud.  She almost smells like an adult.

    This is exactly what I was experiencing with my LO.  Her gas was so smelly while I was supplementing with Enfamil Gentlease. I have since switched her to Similac Sensitive and she isn't as smelly anymore but still is a bit gassy.  It doesn't seem to be as painful and she seems to pass it a little bit easier.
