Need referral for miscarriage/loss board for a friend (NowDNA?)

In the past, I think NowDNA and maybe others have mentioned a private miscarriage/loss board. I have a friend who recently had a miscarriage at 20 weeks and she is interested in joining to get some support. I know NowDNA isn't on the board as much anymore but if someone has her info or if someone can refer my friend to this board, can you please email me? I'm vtkendra at hotmail. Thanks.

    I'm really sorry for your friend's loss and hope she gets all the support she needs.  This isn't a message board, but it's a place where women share their stories and link to their blogs and such.  Maybe she could find comfort in the community even though it's not a place of "active" participation.  https://facesofloss.com/

    Thank you so much ladies for the additional resources. I will pass all of this information along. When we talked, she said she didn't know of anyone who had experienced a miscarriage in second tri so I was hoping to connect her with some resources and some support of people who had been through similar experiences. So, this is all very helpful.

    If she is local, there is a support group called MIS (miscarriage, infant loss and stillbirth) which meets in Falls Church on the 2nd Thursday of each month.  I think they also have a Maryland group.  It was so helpful to me after my loss, and I still go back occasionally.  I'd be happy to pass on the info.  I'm also happy to connect with your friend via email if she'd like -- my loss was at just over 21 wks.
