does anyone pump and nurse at the same time?

is this possible?  i can't think of a way to do it but it would really cut down on my morning time when i return to work soon!

    Yes.  I prop LO up on the boppy pillow in a football hold and then pump on the other side.

    Yep! I have a hands free pumping bra (pumpease) and can easily put the pumping bra on one boob and BF with the other. Then you have 2 hands free!

    I do it this way as well. I hadn't ever used the football hold until I decided to try pumping/feeding at the same time; it was very easy, IMO, to feed & pump this way. GL!

    I did--I got more milk pumping while nursing than pumping that side alone.  LIke the other's said, football hold and hold the pump bit on the other side.  

    But kicky baby feet can make you spill milk!

    My one suggestion is to keep the baby feet on the opposite side from the bottle or you have precious milk all over you, baby and boppy :)
