She's usually asleep by 9. We try to put her down by 8:30 or earlier, sometimes she falls asleep immediately, sometimes she's not as sleepy so I rock her longer. But she's definitely in the bed by 9 unless something crazy is going on.
The norm has always been down at 10-12, up at 3-4, down again, up at 8-9.
I always follow his cues for going back to sleep. If he falls asleep nursing, I put him down. If he stays down, great! If not, he's usually up for a few hours and we play/do tummy time.
Violet usually sleeps from 8 to 5:30 or so, and she'll usually go back to sleep for a couple of hours after that. If she decides she's up for the day at 5:30, she's ready for a morning nap a couple of hours later.
The past couple of nights we've gotten home around 10:30 or 11. Violet fell asleep around 7:30 or 8 both nights, so I did a dream feed (not typical for us) when we got home before putting her in her crib, and she slept until 7:30.

6:00-8:00ish and I don't really try to put him down for a nap. I put him in his swing if he'll let me and sometimes he'll fall asleep in there or I hold him and if he is still tired he'll cuddle and sleep some more. He sleeps great at night (9-10 hours normally) but does not want to nap during the day for the most part- doesn't help that he eats every hour in the morning and evening and every 2 hours in the afternoon.
He is waking between 6:45-7:45. That starts his day so he eats, we play and he is back down for a nap 1.5 hours later- or earlier if he is a sleepy head. We are doing the EASY method. He loves it, he is so much happier now that I know his little cues. I don't watch the clock I watch him, if I don't get him swaddled and away from stimulation by his third yawn I am in for a meltdown!
His three plus my one; we are all excited to welcome a little one!

This is how we realized a dreamfeed would work for T. I wasn't going to try it but a couple of nights we did an accidental one, an he slept so much longer. So now we do bath at 7:45 followed by bottle and bed, and then a 10:30 dreamfeed. And then sleeps like I said till 6:45-7:45
