Medical bills...

When do they stop sending them! Ugh. I had my son May 8, and I had a mailbox full of bills today.

I'm thankful to have insurance and not have to pay full price, but I'm getting to the point where I have made list after list to remind myself when they are all due. I had one place call and ask if I was going to make a payment?! Yeah, I only got the bill a couple of weeks ago and NO you are not getting all my money at once!

Sorry just had to vent.. My son wasn't even two weeks old when I got the $18k bill for me and the $3500 bill for him. Talk about hit a mom when she was down. Good thing I had lots of drugs.. Stick out tongue

    I know what you mean! I keep getting them as well and on top of the bills from my c section on May 9th I'm getting tons of bills from my sons surgery which he had at 5 weeks old. It's like non stop bills!!!

    Wow so apparently it?s not unusual that the hospital takes that long to send the bill. I had LO May 25th and still havent gotten one single bill. I have to pay for delivery in advance and then send it to my insurance which is in the States(and I live in Germany).So I bet it?s going to be forever until I get my money back. I am already dreading the day I have to open that letter.
