Childcare options in Salem

I'm about to be a first time Mom and am looking for childcare options in Salem, MA. Any suggestions? I'm exploring all options. I will need weekly steady childcare for when I'm with clients (I have my own business and can be somewhat flexible). Also looking for a great occasional babysitter for nights and weekends.

 Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
