What was your lining before transfer? I've always had lining issues. I only get to 7or 7.5 ( and once got to a 8). I've had two IVFs and one FET which resulted in BFN,c/p, and a blighted ovum. I was just cancelled for second FET due to lining ( was only at5.5). Starting again with delestrogen injections ( which worked in a the past). I had a D&C for my blighted ovum and now worried it made my lining worse. Thanks for sharing in advance.

I've always had lining issues as well. For my fresh IVF cycle it reached a 7. I did an unmedicated FET cycle, and in monitoring it seemed to have peaked out at a 6. My RE put me on estrogen patches for the last few days before I O'd and I ended up at 8.4 the day before ovulation. At my lining check the day before my transfer it was back down to a 6 (I'm not sure if it's normal for it to shrink after O, but apparently mine did). My RE felt this was fine, but because of this I was sure the FET wouldn't work. And, well, here I am!

The estrogen supplements made a huge difference for me and my lining grew ~1mm a day each day I was on them. So, hopefully the delestrogen will work well for you.

My lining has always been thin too. On my fresh cycle, it was 7, and on FET#1, it was 6.5 despite being on estrogen patches for week and weeks - it was a looong cycle!

RE thinks it could have been partly due to the lupron, so for this FET, the only meds I took was vaginal estrace.
I also went on a special diet / routine to help lining - very limited sugar, tons of green leafy veg, daily wheatgrass shots, 4-5 cups per day of raspberry leaf tea, acupuncture, daily massage 2 inches below belly button, hot compress twice a day. Something worked as my lining went up to 10.5!! I don't know if it was the diet, or the no supression, or the vaginal estrace, all I know is it worked.

Oh, and prior to this cycle, I had an endometrial biopsy to rule out any inflamation in the lining.

Sunflower- did you do all that stuff while one the estrace? Or did you change your diet months before? I will start estrigen this week and want to see if I can do it starting now?

I literally started it all the day I started on estrace - so about 19 days in total I think.
