A problem that doesn't seem like it should be one!! But I am. My first tri, I gained 5 pounds in carb weight because bagels and pizza were the only things that would sit. Since then, I have lost a pound or two by being able to eat like a normal person again, but now I can't get enough in. I have maybe three or four bites of something and my stomach gets so full and take around 2 hours to digest. It is incredibly painful...but I am so hungry! Any suggestions to get the calories and nutrition in? I have been drinking fruit smoothies when possible to get at least 300 to 400 calories in at one time, but then I can't eat really the rest of the day. I know the DR is going to stay something since I had a meltdown about the 5 pounds of bread weight.
