To a Twilight fan, yes. Someone not into it, I don't think they'd know that was even a character.
In a few years, there will be no connection.
If it helps at all ... if we had a girl I wanted to do "Mary Kate" or "Mary Katherine" but was worried about the Mary Kate Olsen or Mary Katherine Gallaghar reference but apparently I was the only one who thought those things.

Oh, and FWIW, I think Rosalie is a great twist on a traditional name. And it's a classic name in and of itself and isn't heard often anymore Good name.
It's a Shakespeare name, if I remember correctly, so that's what I think about first, even though I've read Twilight. I don't think that character was popular enough that it ruins the name. Bella, on the other hand...

I don't recognize it, but in looking at the other books, it sounds like I'd need to read twilight to recognize it . I think it's a very sweet name and it goes well with your current DD's name, which is super cute.
I HAVE read the Twilight books and didn't make the connection. (I'm not really a fan, though.) I think it's a beautiful name.
I don't think it will matter a bit. I think that no matter what name you choose, there is going to be someone who will associate it with something. For example, I see your daughter's name is Silvia. I love the name Silvia (it's my brother's GF's name), but upon hearing the name, my dad starts singing the old song "Silvia's Mother." LOL!

No. Should it?
I thought Twilight, but only because you asked
Just hearing the name I wouldn't have made the connection.
