Remember when...

We all complained that the only place LO would sleep was while we were holding them.  What I wouldn't give for a cuddle with her now where she softly drifted off to sleep instead of scratching me with her tiny fingernails and trying to break my necklace.

*sigh.

What do you miss already?

    i miss how squishy and cuddly he was too - now he wants to be held facing out with his arms straight out and head up looking around.

    I miss the cuddles too. But now I am missing the times when she wasn't such a good roller! She recently learned to roll over (Yay DD!), but gets stuck on her belly all the time in the middle of the night. She somehow still insists on doing it over and over again though.

    DS used to make this face when he would make an "O" with his lips. He doesn't make that face anymore. Don't get me wrong, I love that all I see is smiles now, but I miss his sweet little "O-Lips!"

    I was just thinking last night about how I miss swaying with her and singing to get her to sleep.  She was screeching and clawing at me, since now she'd rather me just put her down so she can suck on her fingers.

    Call me crazy but the last two nights my little girl has STTN and I loved it but really missed nursing her at night, it was just our little bit of alone time together since I went back to work its been crazy!  I miss snuggling on the couch and taking naps together!

    I miss him falling asleep on me. He fell asleep on my chest yesterday, and I cried because he used to do that all the time.

    I don't miss anything really.   I was telling DH tonight that I remember when I held her with one arm while nursing and now her legs hang off my legs.

    My little one still loves to cuddle (YAY).  But I really miss just getting to be home with him all day.  I, too, actually miss the middle of the night feedings because it was our special mommy/Wyatt times. And I miss watching his little tiny baby stretches.  Oh, they were sooo cute!

    I absolutely miss her sleeping in my arms. I can't believe at just 4.5 months old, I'm already learning the "babies don't keep" lesson.
