Weirdest feeling on the planet....
...to simultaneously miss your child like CRAZY and be relieved/excited at having the freedom to get a lot done.DH took LO to Grammy and Grandpa's house this morning on his way to work. My mom and I are throwing a baby shower for my sister next Saturday and I have a TON of prep to do (making decorations, wrapping gifts etc etc). So my mom is watching LO today so I can get everything done for sure without interruption. I'm really excited to be able to just knock it out and not have to stop a million times but I'm also missing my lil guy like crazy already (he's been gone for a little over an hour - hehe).Luckily I snapped this fab pic of him before he headed off to Grammy's.Be still, my heart.....

I have a feeling this is how I'm going to be later on today. I'm dropping DD off with Nana and going food shopping by myself. I'm actually looking forward to it.
I feel ya. I am at my 2nd day of work and I was so sad saying bye to DD but feel so freeeeee here. lol
