I think its 2 or 3 times per week but from the second week I have bathed him every day in the evening with lavendar baby soap to establish a routine (and he adores a bath). It makes him sleep better and go down easier. I wash his hair every other time usually unless he has spit up in it or been in the pool etc.

Not often - especially in the beginning. Maybe once/twice a week?
We made it part of E's bedtime routine but didn't start that nightly until a few months ago. We don't use soap/shampoo on him every night - we do every other as long as he doesn't have food in his hair or anything.
We only did it once or twice a week I think. Not that often - although sometimes I would try to clean his hair more often because it always got icky faster than the rest of him.
As long as I'm super viligent about cleaning really well after poopy diapers, which is pretty easy with cloth wipes, we bathe A about every 3rd day. Sometimes less, but I try to do every 3rd day.

Jake has had a bath every night since about 2 months old. I think it depends on your baby (skin type, personality, routine) and your activities (pool, sweating).
We have bathed LO every other day since he was born. When we was really little, we didn't always use soap. But it was just easier to do every other day to get in a routine and to remember. De he get a bath yesterday? Yes =No bath today. No= Bath today.
Also my LO had a TON of hair, so we ended up having to wash him a little more often then most people.
Am I the only one who had a newborn with a FULL head of hair? I find she has the greasiest hair ever. I wash it and literally two hours later it looks dirty. Is my kid extra dirtball-y or is this normal for infants with a head full of hair?

All that--but we washed hair every day b/c he had awful craddle cap & we had a special soap/brush the pedi had us using.
Also, my child was blessed with the curse of reflux so he usually stunk by the end of the day b/c of all the spitting up. Rarely could we wait a day in between bathing him.

For the last few months (since Feb?) Katie has taken a bath every night.
Soap only every other night.
We do the bath as part of the bedtime routine.
When she was really little I would only bathe her once every 3 days or so. Or more if she had a particularly bad poo.
