Hey ladies!!  I'm cautiously coming over from IFV...had my second beta today and it doubled from Monday.  They scheduled me for my first ultrasound on August 29...I'm so anxious! 

I already have a question if you will indulge me :) :  My progesterone is at 158 and they said it only needs to be at 50 (apparently my ovaries are producing a good bit on their own).  So, they want me to reduce my PIO from 2 mL each night to 1 mL each night.  I'm nervous!  Has anyone ever done this??

    Congrats on your BFP and betas!  & GL @ your u/s!

    I think it sounds like you'll be fine taking your P4 down a notch, amazing it's so high.  It could actually be much below 50 and you'd still be good.

    It's great to have you over here!!! Congratulations!!! I wouldnt worry about reducing your PIO. Your body will take over soon enough anyway. Can't wait to hear about your u/s!

    congrats hun!

    My Progesterone level started off in the 200's after I got my BFP. They did the same and dialed me back gradually. I finally went off shots at 9 weeks, and suppositories at 11 weeks.

    congrats!  The follistim worked for you too!  They tapered me down to half at the same time and all was well.  My next draws were 89 and 62, but still well above where they needed to be and they were really happy with that.

    Congratulations!  Good luck with your first u/s!  That is some crazy high P4... I think you'll be just fine cutting it down.  I had to add in PIO and mine still just hovered around 20-25.  Obviously that was enough.  :)
