Well, my betas have taken a turn for the worse. They dropped to 182 last night from 278 on Tuesday. I had severe pain that I thought to be related to a UTI last night. I got so bad I started vomiting and DH rushed me to the ER. Thats when I learned about the beta drop. They did a u/s and found nothing.
This morning I went to RE and learned my left ovary is twice as large as it should be. This could be what was causing some of the pain. He also suggested a cyst might have ruptured since he saw a couple of cysts on the left ovary. He did see a tiny sac in the ute and he said he wants me to continue progesterone if my betas stay above 150. He says he's seen worse situations that went on to carry to full term.
Needless to say, I'm an emotional wreck. Please say a prayer for me if you have any to spare.

After nearly 3 years of waiting our LO was born December 18th 2012!
