  I think it is the start of the school yr. I know so many of my IRL friends and even myself are busy with getting ready for the new year.

  It is slow, but I have a random question for you since you are in Oakland.  :-)  Have you been to Frog Park lately?  Are the playgrounds open for business?  I think they are, but I found some articles online that they were closed for construction in either 2009 or 2010, and I haven't found anything "official" that says the playgrounds are open again.

  I agree but also know I'm no one to throw stones so to speak.  I've always been awful and been way more of a responder than a poster.  Then I always feel like when I do post it's like 5 things all at once because I have more time

  I actually never go to Frog Park, I am not sure exactly where it is! It sounds so crazy but it's sort of hidden and unless I am with someone else I am not confident that I can find it. I like Montclair park and it's a lot closer to me.
