It's a BF Vent

This has been the worst experience of all three boys.  BM took forever to come in.  Then at two months we had thrush.  That lasted two months.  Got it finally cleared up and at 5 months it came back.  Now I have mastitis.  I am on an antibiotic and my fingers are crossed that the thrush doesn't come back again.

    This third baby has been my worst bfing experience, too!  She is only two months and I have had mastisis twice!  Maybe it has something to do with the third child... ;)

     Hopefully things get better for you soon!

    I am sorry.  :(

    I give everyone that BF's mad props.  I lasted all of a week.  My milk took 5 days to come in, during that time I had to supplement with formula since she lost almost a pound in 3 days, and when my milk finally DID come in she screamed her head off every time I tried to feed her.  She was still hungry, so we still had to supplement still.  At that point I gave up.  Turns out her milk allergy was making her scream in agony, but that was another hurdle we would cross later.

    BF was the hardest thing I ever tried.  I had such a bad experience with it that I am quite sure I won't try again if there is another.

    I am sorry to hear it. Mastitis is terrible; thrush is terrible. It makes it hard. Vent all you want.

    Good for you for continuing in the face of seriously painful stuff.
