Sick with a fever...nervous..

So I have been fighting this cold for days, this afternoon i started having a temperature and now its at 100.5. My OB left early for the day and I got his answering service. I took two Tylenol to start reducing the fever, but I am nervous having a fever while expecting. Anyone else have a fever while pregnant??

    I haven't but I just wanted to say feel better :(
    IUI#1 - 05/20/08 = BFP! M/C - 14 weeks :( baby girl
    IUI#2 - 01/07/09 = BFP!!! Twins!! Pre-term labor 20 weeks :( lost twin girls
    IUI#3 - 1/31/10 = BFP!!!! M/C - 8wks :( again
    IVF #1 - 7/2010 = c/p
    FET - 9/2010 = another c/p
    IUI#4 - 2/14/11 = BFP!

    I did when I had a sinus infection. I ended up going into my regular doc and getting an antibiotic bc it was not going away on its own. I would stick with the tylenol and just see if you can get into the doc's tomorrow.
