I saw your reply in the roll call and wanted to say that I can totally relate on the hair thing. Ava's hair is so crazy curly that I can't do anything with it. I decided yesterday to put her hair in a ponytail, I spent 10 mins trying and could only get half to stay. I felt so accomplished 
I feel bad letting her rock a curly fro every day, but that's all I can do.

i wrote a blog about trying to do something to her hair and i have a lot of friends that have natural hair and gave me a lot of tips. i went and bought products that keep it nice and curly and stop it from getting dry. but actually combing it is a whole different issue lol. the most i'll do is a little clip up top. and then she looks like Pebbles from The Flintstones lol.
