Those of you who have them, what kind of closure does it have? I want to make a Wonder Pets one for Ryan for Christmas, but I'm worried about the choke hazard. I was thinking velcro but I don't know if it'd give away under pressure.

It's velcro...1x1" and not the super-heavy-duty kind. I didn't buy one for Ryan but I bought one for my niece for her b-day...and now there's a 2nd one on the way (cape that is).

The best idea I've seen to avoid choking pairs a tee shirt with the cape and velcros the cape to the back of the shirt collar.
