I have agg retrieval scheduled for friday.  I'm a Shady Grove patient.  All you Shady  Grove grads, any pointers?  I'm nervous....

    I didn't do IVF, though I am a SG grad. So, I don't have any real advice other than GOOD LUCK!!

    Good luck! I've done an egg retrieval (not at Shady Grove) and it was much easier than expected. I went out to lunch afterwards and then took a long nap.

    That is very true! For IUI, they like to see sperm counts post-wash over 5 mil. Our 3rd IUI, we had under 3 mil - lowest of the 3 cycles, and I was so bummed. I had already written it off as a failure and it wound up being the lucky one.

    Good luck! What day is your transfer? I'll be thinking good thoughts for you!

    Thanks!  We're doing a day 3 transfer tomorrow.  My doctor said they're high quality and not to be disappointed in the low number that fertilized.  Hoping for the best!
