Any plus size ladies on the board?

Just wondering if I'm the only big girl on the board...and also wanted a place to whine about not being able to show my bump. You know, since that area is already fairly bumpy.

Not plus sized but not tiny either. I'm currently carrying about 20-25 lbs. extra (was 30-35 so lost some!) and a good chunk of that is around my middle. And since I'm only 5'3", makes me look that much wider.
So not going to show for quite some time. I find that sad but obviously will deal. Will be working extra hard after baby to get more weight off.

I am/was a size 16-18. I was in the process of losing weight before getting pregnant. I knew something was up when my pants started barely fitting (the 18s) and I hadn't gained any weight.
I was hoping to lose more before getting pregnant because I wanted a cute bump too, but it just didn't happen. I definitely feel bigger in my stomach area already and I do plan to do the weekly "bump" shots because I'm sure there will be SOMETHING extra there eventually, though my first shot (at 4 weeks when we found out) looks like I'm 7-8 months, if I were skinny!

As a 16/18 I'm enjoying a bit of that right now at work. No one would dare ask if I'm pregnant, when it could just as easily be more of the post-wedding chub I gained over the last year and a half.
Count me in! I'm a 14/16 and was attempting to lose weight before we got our surprise BFP. I carry my weight pretty evenly, but still have extra cushion lol. I don't know how soon a bump will show or if I will end up looking like a refridgerator with feet! Either way, I like the pp's advise of "either way I'll have a baby".
Glad to know we're in this together!!!
ETA: My mom referred to herself as a "refridgerator with feet" when she was pg so that's why I used that as a reference... lol

Oh I bet we'll all still be cute...I just hope we can find some decent plus sized maternity clothes.
Me! I'm 5'11" and size 16/18.
Mildly funny story, at my doc appt. today the doc had an intern with us in the room. As soon as I laid down for the u/s the intern whipped out his measuring tape to measure my belly. I'm 99% sure he thought my pudge was my bump and he was about to measure it until the doc told him it was too early. Good times!
Surely not alone, digwriter! I'm a 16/18, but my 18's are already tight, and forget about buttoning the 16s at all!
When I went to the OB to get dated, the NP was feeling around trying to see if she could tell an estimated age. She finally said "well, I'm hardly ever wrong about these, but with this little apron you've got, its a little hard to tell." I chuckled, but with my raging hormones, I wanted to bawl!
Hopefully the extra weight won't hurt baby's development and health...
You are not alone. I'm plus sized too (size 18). With DS, I only gained 15 lbs towards the end. I started to look pregnant around 24 weeks, but I didn't get my cute bump till the end. I had my pregnancy weight off fairly quickly too and I joined weight watchers after DS, but recently stopped with LO#2 on the way.
Destination Maternity has a great plus size selction of clothes fyi.
Don't worry you'll still get your bump, we just have to be patient and wait for it. Secretly I am slightly jealous of the skinny girls showing their bumps already
